Day One Of the #2020 Vision Challenge

So today February 7 2020 it is day one of the #2020 Vision Challenge for me. The 2020 vision challenge was inspired by The pixie Post Jenn Nieto in January. But like I always say better late than never. Funny thing is my bosses never seemed to agree with that if i was ever late to work funny huh

What Jenn has done is challenged The Steem Blockchain community to do four of something everyday. Could be Four pushups, four squats, or has she put it Four eyebrow raises. bet the Rock would like that one " If you smell what the rock is cooking"

anyhow I will not be doing the same thing each time today I will be doing curls using resistance

Awesome!!! So excited to have you onboard, Scott! Great job. When I did #Seven77, I could barely do push-ups at all but was amazed when I pushed myself, I was able to do them. Now, I can do them much easier. The 4 sips of coffee suggestion made me laugh, but hey ppl can do that as well! HA HA the sky's the limit!
