The LeoFinance Engagement Table
The table is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.
Any account that made a comment on leofinance.io earned a score, but only the top 100 scores are listed.
The score is made up from a simple formula which uses the following as types of engagement:
- Posts made using leofinance.io (P)
- Comments made using leofinance.io (C)
- Number of people spoken to where the comment was made using leofinance.io (PS)
- Comments made outside of own posts using leofinance.io (CO)
- Unique Author posts commented on where the comment was made using leofinance.io (UA)
- Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (CR)
- Comments - length in characters (CL)
- Up-votes to others (V)
- Up-votes to different authors (UV)
- Self-votes (SV)

Probably a daft question as in your very first sentence you mention counting the comments made through the leofinance.io interface but just wanted to clarify, that won't catch comments made via the jazzy new app then?
I am wondering if that is the case if we will see a downtrend in this table as people get all 21st century and start app'ing it up! :O)

I'm hoping the jazzy new app uses '#leofinance#' in the json somwhere, in which case it will be tracked.

Challenge accepted haha. Not this week as I'm dedicating it to learning more about POB as I randomly stumbled onto them through some intriguing posts. So it will be again (again, again) and again (But just like Gary Vee's favorite number is #5 We shall see the following week hehe) It will truly be a hard task, but if I break it down to daily objective goals should be more doable.
I tend to don't like to comment unless it is something of substance or I feel a particular way about, but we'll see will be interesting to do. I wish hive had an audio section so I can just listen to the audio in 1.25-2x and respond in audio form haha. Man hive has truly been an insane dive one after the other.
I personally really like the breakdown of this so much more. I enjoy the topics of finance so I'm always down to learn and discuss those topics, but for me hive originally just started as a branding project and to just develop and grow myself as reading and writing are probably my biggest weaknesses.
I tend to listen to things in 2x for videos but I don't mind reading either. Then again the number of comments tends to be kind of dependent on how much time I have.

Haha but I mean even simplifying things and using the number 300 that would be 42 comments a day for a week... That would require a lot of reading and I'm rather curious and will probably look at the type of comments people leave as that seems like quite a bit overall.
It would be an interesting to challenge myself on, but yeah I'm still recovering for last few weeks with hive fest, dygycon, and just all these releases and absorbing all this crypto space. Man it has been one insane deep dive after another, but quite enjoyable and really does make me feel more optimistic about all of this space.
