All in all, if you want to promote someone using a bot to spam when they troll and completely invalidate the initiative when you call that 'positive engagement' and incentivize it then this will actually encourage more people like gangstalking and ganjafarmer which is the opposite of what is being stated.
Sadly, after 4 years of doing this, I do overlook the odd account check. Normally I'll count the dup comments, and their char length and reduce accordingly, it didn't happen this time.

I might have been a bit hyperbolic when I made my point. I didn't really mean to run down your initiative, just got annoyed when my opinions were being falsely represented so my tone was probably a lot harsher overall than was meant. Your engagement league seems interesting. Is there many hoops to jump through to get added to your master list?
