AskLeo - What About Bitcoin Shops for Needy People?

I've been in crypto for about four years now, I have probably hundreds of transactions conducted on several blockchains, I earn cryptocurrency on a daily basis, consume quite a lot of related content and still feel like a noob in this industry. It's so much about it that you can hardly keep the pace with it.

We talk about mass adoption for crypto quite often and a true example of Bitcoin mass adoption is El Salvador, where about three million out of the total of six million inhabitants are using the country's native wallet, Chivo, thus using cryptocurrencies.

Will there be any country any time soon to airdrop Bitcoin to its citizens the way El Salvador has done it? I don't know about that, but I was thinking, while reminiscing on all these "top of the cycle price predictions", what about folks like my dad for example?

People that barely use their laptops and smartphones, how are they gonna buy Bitcoin and crypto once they get the thirst of it?... My father has me, as a helping hand, and that's how he got himself some crypto, but not all are as that lucky. Would Bitcoin shops do the job?

I believe yes, and I know that there are already ATMs all across the world, but by Bitcoin shops I mean some way of buying Bitcoin like you top up your phone sim card these days, having some technical support at hand if not capable of installing a wallet and doing the job, something like being available at every mall, gas stations and so on, will we see that a reality in the near future? Why not...

There are for sure many who aren't that tech savvy to be able to go through all the hustle with wallets and probably quite a few willing to throw away their cash for Bitcoin, considering the threatening inflation we have all around the world. In that case I might see some of the banks doing the job of making possible for such people to buy Bitcoin, at the cost of some fees of course.

What about you, do you see any relevance in Bitcoin shops? How would you see them functioning and how successful do you think they would be?

Thanks for attention,
Adrian

Bitcoin shops are extremely necessary in Latin America in my opinion. I would make more easy to send money to our families and they could buy directly the things that they want. I'm pretty sure what's happening in El Salvador is a good experiment for other countries take notes.

It's the easiest way to start impulse the economy.
