Analysis of the new water splinter cards
As probably most of you, I couldn't resist to open some Chaos Legion packs. Fortunately I didn't have enough potions and I couldn't open all of them.
When new cards are coming out, it takes some time to get familiar with them and try to figure out which cards we plan to play with and which ones we don't. Today, I'm trying to do this analysis for the Water splinter.

Thanks a lot! I appreciate it very much :-)
The IGor DarkSpear is so good for that mana it has, the speed is also stunning.
For a 2 mana cards it's definitely a nice one: 3 attack, 5 life and stun. Such low mana cards can make a big difference in the game.

I hope we'll not learn to use CL cards with our current decks and then with the introduction of the differentiated ranked battle system, we'll need to learn to use them again.
That's a good point. I think I will start already to split my decks. Make one modern and one wild just to get ready lol.
That is really funny because I also could not manage to wait any longer although I did exercise enough discipline to only open 3 packs. Like you, I am a big fan of some of the Water Splinter Cards.
Fortunately I run out of potions and I couldn't open all my packs lol.
i only had enough potions for 3 packs but I exercised discipline to not buy more potions lol
That is the great thing about the water Splinter is they have good reach ability cards, The Flying Squid is an amazing 2nd position card. I love using it when Mana allows.
The flying squid is indeed interesting in 2nd position. Uses slightly a lot of mana but definitely very powerful.
Thanks for sharing! I find that at Level 1, Water cards are very strong in Melee and I have a Demented Shark which goes very well with them.
I also think that the water cards have quite nice attributes even at level 1.
Really liking the versatile on this splinter, rather than focusing on one kind of attack you have two nice buffs and can chose what to play according to the ruleset and expected opposition. great evaluation :-)
I agree with you. So far Water was the magic Splinter but it becomes much more balances with nice Melee and nice range features. It will offer much more flexibility with these new cards. Thanks for stopping by!
Good video, I need to figure out what I want to actually level up. Though, I think it might be a bit too much to shoot for max level :D Seeing if Gold levels are more reasonable, but that also impacts what abilities and stats they have :D
That's the exercice I'm doing at the moment. I try to single out the cards that I want to develop. It's not that easy to do that without playing them all :-)
