The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf" Review (ENG/SPA)
These days I have enjoyed watching movies and series, I want to take advantage here to make a special mention to @gorayii, who was absolutely right to tell me that I would enjoy the Roku, it really is a marvel and I have enjoyed it to death, now well, before having this device, some time ago I saw the first season of the series "The Witcher", well in realdad I saw it half and soon after I found among the selections that Netflix offers us a movie inspired by this saga of books. That inspired this whole universe of games, series and now also film, today I come to share a little of this movie that I mentioned that has the particularity of being animated and is titled "The Witcher: The Nightmare of the Wolf".
Estos días he disfrutado mucho viendo películas y series, quiero aprovechar aquí para realizar una mención especial a @gorayii, quien tenía toda la razón al decirme que disfrutaría mucho del Roku, realmente es una maravilla y lo he disfrutado a morir, ahora bien, antes de tener este dispositivo, hace un tiempo vi la primera temporada de la serie “The Witcher”, bueno en realdad la vi a medias y poco después encontré entre las selecciones que nos ofrece Netflix una película inspirada en esta saga de libros. que inspiraron todo este universo de juegos, serie y ahora también película, hoy vengo a compartir un poco de esta película que mencione que tiene la particularidad de ser animada y se titula “The Witcher: La pesadilla del lobo”
This animated movie, offers us the previous story where it narrates the life of Vesemir, Geralt of Rivia's mentor, how he became a witch and how he became the master of the protagonist of "The Witcher".
The first scenes, for me are fascinating, first by the singing of the boy who goes in the company of his father and sisters, who are lost, there we see a close up of the eye of one of the girls, with an incredible quality, I think it's one of my favorite scenes of the film, there when the boy finishes singing his father calls his attention, When the father tries to calm his daughters he is killed by a monster, his children run full of terror and when only the son is left, who seems to be already at the mercy of the monster, a sorcerer enters the scene, who is the protagonist of the film, Vesemir.
Esta película animada, nos ofrece la historia previa donde nos narra la vida de Vesemir, mentor de Geralt de Rivia, como se este se convirtió en brujo y como llego a convertirse en el maestro del protagonista de “The Witcher”
Las primeras escenas, para mi son fascinantes, primero por el canto del niño que va en compañía de su padre y hermanas, quienes se han perdido, allí nos permiten ver un close up del ojo de una de las niñas, con una calidad increíble, creo que es una de mis escenas favoritas de la película, allí cuando el niño termina de cantar su padre le llama la atención, ya que su canción es tenebrosa y asusta a sus hermanas, de este modo cuando el padre intenta calmar a su hijas es asesinado por un monstruo, sus hijos corren llenos de terror y cuando solo queda el hijo varón que parece estar ya a merced del monstruo entra en escena un brujo quien es el protagonista de la película Vesemir.
Now, this Vesemir is a young man, although for those who know the universe that surrounds this saga the sorcerers age slowly, because they are the product of mutagenic alchemy, he is also a handsome man, very skilled and partly a rascal, This behavior on the part of the witches, as is to be expected, has given them a bad reputation, a reputation as cheats and enemies, among them a witch who is part of the court, whose name is Tetra.
Ahora bien, este Vesemir, es un hombre joven, aunque para quienes conocen el universo que rodea a esta saga los brujos envejecen lento, debido a que son producto de alquimia mutágena, además es un hombre guapo, muy hábil y en parte un bribón, vividor y bebedor que se aprovecha muchas veces del miedo y la ignorancia, como es de esperarse, este comportamiento por parte de los brujos, les ha creado mala reputación, fama de tramposos y enemigos, entre ellos una bruja que forma parte de la corte, cuyo nombre es Tetra.
De la misma manera y a la par del desarrollo de la historia y para permitirnos una mayor comprensión de cómo se hacen los brujos, nos muestran como Vesemir conoció a quien fuera su mentor Deglan y como anhela ser más que un sirviente y tener aventuras y sobre todo oro, así abandona su hogar y a su amada Illyana en busca de ese sueño.
In addition to the above, this film allows us to see what Vesemir went through to become a sorcerer, the reasons why so few of the initiates complete the training and transformation, and how Deglan's bad decisions and actions are used by Tetra to achieve his revenge, which triggers a great battle in Kaer Morhen (one of the fortresses of the Warlocks) where we notice the reason why in the series is mentioned that there is no one with the knowledge of alchemy to convert ordinary humans into warlocks, also as I mentioned how Vesemir, who did not enjoy training children changes radically and becomes the mentor of Geralt and the other apprentices who managed to escape the slaughter and achieve a new beginning in another of its fortresses.
Agregado a lo anterior, esta película nos permite ver, todo lo que vivió Vesemir para llegar a ser un brujo las razones por las que tan pocos de los iniciados culminan el entrenamiento y trasformación y, como las malas decisiones y acciones de Deglan son aprovechadas por Tetra, para lograr su venganza, lo cual desencadena con una gran batalla en Kaer Morhen (una de las fortalezas de los Brujos) donde notamos la razón por la cual en la serie se hace mención a que no hay nadie con el conocimiento de la alquimia para convertir a los humanos comunes en brujos, además como ya mencione como Vesemir, quien no disfrutaba de entrenar niños cambia radicalmente y se convierte en el mentor de Geralt y los demás aprendices que lograron escapar de la matanza y logran un nuevo comienzo en otra de sus fortalezas.
Now to retire and giving my personal opinion about this movie, it has a very good animation, it is very exciting to see so many sorcerers together, in the same battle, the story allows us to understand at least those who know little of this universe, of many things and the story behind the mentor of Geralt , of course it leaves us wanting to know more details of "The Witcher", more action, as it is short, but it is very entertaining and keeps us glued to the screen, so if you have not seen it, I recommend it and if you saw it also I encourage you to leave me a comment, now I retire, a hug and until a future publication.
Ya para retirarme y dando mi opinión personal sobre esta película, tiene una muy buena animación, es muy emocionante ver tantos brujos juntos, en una misma batalla, la historia nos permite entender al menos a los conocemos poco de este universo, de muchas cosas y la historia detrás del mentor de Geralt , claro nos deja con ganas de conocer mas detalles de “The Witcher”, de mas acción, ya que es corta, pero es muy entretenida y nos mantiene pegados a la pantalla, así que si no la has visto, te la recomiendo y si la viste también te animo a dejarme un comentario, ahora me retiro, un abrazo y hasta una próxima publicación.

That means the movie is mainly characterized by suspense and sorcery..... I'd love to see it.
Hopefully I get this particular one because they're many "the witchers" on net.
I have to watch it before I get around to watching the second season of the series. It has already premiered and I didn't hear about it hahaha.
