Year 2023 Hive Goals

Setting goals is very important in someone's life, some people did not believe in setting goals. They believe it's just a waste of time because most people did not follow up on their goals or new year's resolutions at the end of the year.

I believe that the main factor affecting people is that they create complicated goals for themselves each year, and some people do not record their goals. They establish it offhand. They might follow it for a few weeks at the beginning of the year, but trust me, they will fall behind on the plans during the year since they didn't write it down and check on the goals frequently.

Goals show directions, then you will follow the path to achieve the desired goals. Without direction in life, there won't be achievements.
I have outlined my hive goals for 2023, which I'll be sharing below.

Hive Power

My favourite achievement of the year has been joining hive in the middle of October. I had been searching for a suitable venue to display my writing abilities. Hive is a citadel of knowledge and exposure, not just a blogging ecosystem.
Since I've been a member here, I've learned a lot about personal growth, gained more knowledge of cryptocurrencies, established financial objectives, and many other things.

I now understand how crucial hive power is in granting someone more influence in the community.
I presently have 160 HP, and I have set a 2023 hive power goal of at least 1200 HP. By the end of 2023, I can have more than 1200 HP. This is still better than setting the HP, which I won't be able to achieve.
Therefore I don't want to establish targets that I won't be able to meet.
This is a great task for me, but I will plan towards achieving this.

Now this is the strategy I will use to achieve 1200HP.

           Monthly Plan

I have set out a monthly plan for my hive power, this will make the journey easy and less complicated. The first strategy is to participate in every month's power-up day, which always comes up on the first day of the month.

There are 12 months In the year, therefore I will participate in all 12 months' power-up days. To achieve 1200 HP within 12 months, I have calculated it below.

I must power up 100 hive each month based on the calculations above. I think perseverance, dedication, and consistency are the keys to achieving this. I'll have more than 1200 HP by the end of 2023.

Frequent Posting To Communities

To be successful on Hive, you have to choose some nice communities for your publication, to have more exposure and also earn some rewards.
Your chance of success on Hive depends on the community you select. Many communities support their authors, and these are the kinds of communities where I hope to be blogging a lot in 2023.

Since I'm still a newbie and I don't know all the communities yet, I haven't explored many of the wonderful communities on Hive. Since I joined hive, one of the outstanding communities that have shown me love is Hive learners. They provide support for newcomers and even

I have posted to a few communities since joining, and each has provided friendly support. These communities include Hive Learners, Leofinance, Dreemport, IndiaUnited, and Neoxian City. They are all great communities.

Next year, I'd like to check out more lovely communities, such as The Ink Well, Diyhub, Weekend Experience, Emotions and Feelings, to name a few. However, I have looked into a few other nice communities. This will enable me to have a more fruitful journey in hive.

          Quality Engagement

Quality engagement will increase my exposure and connections in this ecosystem, which is a big objective I also want to accomplish on Hive in the coming year.
I wrote quality engagement because it's not just an engagement, adding value to the author's post and thereby up voting the vote is termed quality engagement.

If you write a quality post and you don't have any readers to engage with your post, then you are just wasting your time and energy on the ecosystem.
This might even cause you to give up writing about the ecosystem because you will think you are not doing the right thing. This is not about the upvote alone but about attracting readers to engage with your post.
That's why everyone needs connections and exposure to attract more readers to visit your blog, and this can be attained by quality engagement.

The above points are my hive goals and I hope to achieve them by the end of the year 2023. If you haven't set any Hive goals, I think this is the right time to set them.
