An ethnographer by training and author of the bestseller Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action , Simon Sinek has always been interested in what drives people and organizations to do what they do. A dream, notwithstanding how splendid it very well might be, won't ever come around on the off chance that others, the individuals who are less visionary, can't see its latent capacity. What is important most is an individual's capacity to portray something that doesn't exist in words so evident that others can picture it to themselves with no disarray or vulnerability. This is the point at which the thought can rouse individuals to make a move - to share the thought and help it materialize.
