Dear Hivers

This is the continued part of the yesterday article regarding storytelling and sme.

  1. Your customers' stories
It is well known that satisfied customers are the best ambassadors . But we have to make them talk!

startup-594090_1280.jpg

They are an almost inexhaustible source of anecdotes, tips and experiments , which they are often very happy to share with others. Better than you, they can tell what their product is for them, how they have integrated it into their job or into their life.
An interview, a video or a photo report featuring them will have infinitely more impact on other prospects and customers than comparative tables, graphs or raw figures! By listening to and valuing your customers, you will also build a community of enthusiasts that will create value around your brand and spread it more effectively than you could with an army of salespeople.

Note that these stories are not only useful in customer relations, they can also participate in the (re) motivation of your employees or support change. In this case, it is about restoring the balance between authority and collaboration by touching and engaging all the protagonists of the change, as Seth Kahan explains in his book Getting Change Right .

The storytelling matrix
The company Story Worldwide believes that each brand has a story to tell and those who tell the best win-win. To help the brands that she advises, she has developed a three-dimensional matrix (storytelling matrix) that allows us to better understand and orchestrate each story. Its three axes (activity - complexity - personality) make it possible to optimize the impact on each audience depending on whether we are looking for a linear or interactive story, simple or complex, universal or specific.

And it's a fact: different audiences enjoy different types of stories at different times. The matrix is therefore valuable because it allows the stories to be selected according to the audience and the occasion.

Hi @adityajainxds, I like the phrase you put in your writing "every brand has a story to tell" and depending on this story we focus as individuals or companies and no doubt that the one that has the ability to tell the story in the most creative and attractive way, will attract more customers and there the importance of marketing and advertising. Thank you for your contribution

Customers really need to be listened to to at all times, the story that they share goes a long way in bringing more customers as well.
