This is a pretty interesting idea. I looked it up and it looks like the "bividend" is just a one-time payout. They are not switching over to do regular payouts in bitcoin. I think it may be a little more of a marketing gimmick to boost their share price.

However, I think that making a payout like this would require a lot of up-front technical adjustments to accommodate. For instance, anyone holding the asset in an account that could not receive BTC would need to have the ability to collect. Having solved those issues, I think that continuing to do it would give them a price advantage in the marketplace, should they decide to continue. But that is complete speculation and for now, it's a one-time payment in BTC.
