The bloodsuckers of the POB - Don't vote on their content.

I'm tired of the blood-sucking persons on Proof of Brain. People who have been here for months and have almost nothing invested in the platform. People who have just joined and haven't invested anything yet, even though they've already been rewarded. If you're on POB just to make money you don't understand what the platform's purpose is.

I don't care that anyone here sells pobs, I've always been very flexible about that, I really don't see a problem if people produce good content, interact with the community genuinely by reading people's posts and replying to their own comments.

I don't mind if they sell and see pob as a job, as long as you respect the platform and invest in it. Anyone who has at least 1K on stake has my respect, because I know it's hard to get to that mark, and I don't see a problem if you've reached that mark and now you want to take advantage of the value of the token. POB must prosper, we must benefit from it if we deserve it.

But sucking on POB's breasts as if she were a poor cow? Just withdraw, withdraw and give nothing in return? Do you, who makes stakes, think this is fair? You worry about the platform and others don't give a damn, they're bloodsucking everything they can. Do you think it's fair for these people to get good votes on their posts?

That's why I invite all curators, before voting, look at how much stake these people have! Do a minimal analysis before voting. Because it is totally admissible if a person is in the pob for a short time and has little stake, but it is not at all admissible if someone is there for months and all they do is withdraw, harming the community.

I have over 2k staked in pob and over 6k staked in Hive. Of course I'd prefer that more staked, but I'm willing to accept reality that others don't think like you or I do. I do want liquidity and prefer that there be more who buy than sell, but I'm OK with people consistently liquidating their shares, too, only because I understand the power of the stake. Those that understand it are those who become dolphins and whales with greater weight and backing. When I vote with full force and someone gets more than 1pob in return, I feel they recognize that and will try to make more content I like. I try to find content I like and that's why I stay. I've even written a post about what content I'd love to see here, hoping to give ideas. If people consistently create great content but never stake, they're still creating value for the community due to the content that brings people in. We need all kinds... those that buy, those that sell, those that stake, those who curate, and those who create... that last piece is crucial... if someone is able to sell, that means someone is buying. As long as people are buying, pob has value.

I understand your point of view well. The problem is when the person gets used to making bad posts, too lazy and being supported by someone giving good wishes. That doesn't motivate him to create more better things. on the contrary...

That's where the community comes into play. If people don't agree a post is voted by it's value, then they speak up just like @aiuna and yourself. Evaluations will get made and actions will be taken. Perhaps not immediately, but it'll get done.

I believe that everybody have their own interests in certain things. As we are all different so are our thoughts and mindset.
If someone refuses to stake or make a major contribution to the blockchain, that's their own business and to some extent it is not fare for the ones who care but that's people for you.
The people that stakes understands the need to do that and they are happy with it. Probably the ones that are just withdrawing might not have an idea that they can actually stake them.
I think we should create contents in this regard to teach other people who are not aware of the value they can add to the blockchain to be aware.
Thanks for your concern @aiuna, I do hope we resolve this issue amicably.

In fact, some people who have just joined don't understand this. But, I can guarantee that most people after a while understand and still continue with the same attitudes.

Just as you have written it, I hope the ones that just joined will correct themselves, as for the other ones, well let's hope they can still consider adding value to the blockchain.

Yeah, I agree with you dear. We need to encourage people showing commitment to the community. I am a Pro Staker, staking my 100% rewards since day 1 and I always on lookout to find others like me for my curation. I think we should have an exclusive Curation Trail for active Stakers in the community. It's the moral duty to Atleast stake some percentage of rewards we are getting from the community. Have a good day 😊🙏. !PIZZA

This has also pissed me off at times. I even posted days ago talking about a beginners guide. Because it's hard to see junk posts, poorly done, copied and changed just a few words and earning good votes... I'm not against selling. Because the reality around the world is very different for everyone. But as long as this person really creates good, genuine content and that he takes care over time to also give stake in what he can.

I have only prospered from staking. The POB influence also speads to other communities. As for those sucking on the titty it is not always clear until we take a look at their POB wallet. I also recommend not awarding liquid but delegations or staked POB.

My dear @aiuna you've made a very valued point there, your absolutely right most of people are like that, they think everything revolves around making money money money thanks for sharing things

I still have little time in the community, but I found this reasoning very interesting. There's a lot of work to make this grow here, and anyone who uses POB only for their own benefit doesn't deserve the same treatment as others.
