Rethinking My Strategies

I love being on the Hive blockchain.

I joined because of being a member of Click Track Profit.
It has been a mind expanding journey. I have learned a lot about Crypto in general by just being a member and interacting with the different communities.

Is Affiliate Marketing worth it?

I have been a affiliate marketer for many years , I have seen things change in this business.
One of the things I dislike about this business is all the pie in the sky Ads that say they will make you rich and do all the work for you This is B.S. and has always been that way. I learned from being a member of CTP and List Nerds that it is better to attract people to you rather than pitching them.
It has taken me a while to wrap my head around this way of doing business because I was so used to pitching people.
It was the way things were done. I even learned how to make an LCP that would draw people into the pitch.

Most Safelist's and traffic exchanges still do this.
I think this method is out dated Because of social platforms and the way blockchains are changing things.
List Nerds that was put together by @jongolson @blainjones and @elianaicgomes is a good example of how Safelist's will possibly look in the future. Also platforms like Google are making it harder to send these kind of mails because they consider it spam even though you have agreed to receive these mails.

Attraction Marketing

I like the idea of attraction Marketing, it is less stressful and allows me to be more authentic with my writing. Plus the advantage of being on the Hive platform is that I can invest in the tokens. I am actually finding that posting and commenting is much more satisfying. Does this mean I don't want to sell anything at all?
No I still would like to make money with my affiliate products.

But I am going to take a different approach moving forward.
One of my big challenges was that I have never been a social platform kind of guy. I think Hive has helped with that, I feel welcome in these communities and there are so many awesome people posting that I have been able to get to know some of you and I continue to run across more Steller people everyday.

This kind of marketing worked with me.
It was the way Jon Olson set up CTP that drew me in. There is a wealth of free information on marketing at this site. The CTP/List Nerds crew are always trying to provide value with everything that they do.
And it is unobtrusive, I have never felt like they pushed their products on me but they are so good that I have bought many of them because of the great value.

It is nice to see other sites noticing the List Nerds way of doing things. Many sites are moving all the mail delivery to inside the website, Which I think is a good move because it frees up my mailbox and makes the sites more interactive.

Kudos to a great Marketer.

One of my favorites that is making these kind of moves is Traffic Leads 2 Income VM run by Rob @ghcamry He has moved all the mails inhouse and is actually rewarding people with money instead of credits. Tokens would be a good thing for his site also but I don't know how that would work.

I have always thought that Rob is innovative and expect his site to do quite well. Most site owners never update or make changes. But Not Rob . He has always strived to improve his site and add his personal touch.

My new strategy is going to be all about writing interesting Authentic content and less pitching. Posting everyday is still a challenge but I am adapting. You can still buy my stuff if you want though.
