Ideas from Plus 1 Success day 6

Today I am going to start focusing specifically on the three things I am doing every day instead of getting ideas from other people.

This is a stretch because I am a perfectionist and fear doing it wrong.

These are the things I am focusing on today!

I started a journal a few weeks ago and this has been helping a lot to get things in perspective.

Doing something new can really shoot you in the direction you want to go because it expands your possibilities.

I am finding that it is important to hone in my marketing skills everyday.

One of the things I like to do is sign in to Click Track Profit and see if there are challenges in the 3 steps to success that are useful.

Almost everytime I check, there is something new that I can do.

Sign in today to see if there are ideas that you can use.

Will you start something new today?

Are you using an auto responder?

It took me a long time to really start using an auto responder because I felt like I had a writing block and believed I couldn't write a good newsletter.

This has changed by using the Thirty Day Challenge. I am at least willing to try my best now and know I will get better if I just practice by doing it.

Writing this blog has also been a great way to improve my skills.

If you want to know what my favorite auto responder is and also find out about the tools I use,

sign up for my list with my new landing page. I am getting a pretty good response to this ad so I want to share it.

Resizing Images

I have been finding that I need to pay a little better attention to the size of my graphics. If you look at my blog from yesterday you will see that the image I used is too big.

You can see it by going to this link.

I like using Adobe Photoshop for resizing. This has proven to be a great tool. I have a lot more to learn because there are unlimited things you can do with the program.

I will delving into creating my own original graphics in the coming weeks.

There are many sites you can find online for resizing also but I like the convenience of Photo Shop.

What is your favorite way to resize images?

Yes! This is how it works:

"Today I am going to start focusing specifically on the three things I am doing every day instead of getting ideas from other people."

Nice to meet you. See what you just wrote? Do that for a month.

When you get to day 30, you'll remember today and this comment and your "aha" moment.

Nice post and excellent work. I wish I could upvote more.

Heh. Yeah I love those kind of moments. I work for a software company so I have them frequently.

Oh, and my favorite way to resize is either to upload it to my blog, and then I can use wp to choose a 50%, 75%, 100% etc. version of the graphic, or I just don't resize anything and let dapplr do the resizing to fit screen width. :D

I found that when I am resizing on my blog that it reverts when it is posted to hive. maybe I need a plugin.

Hrm, if you look at the size when it resizes it, you can also use wp to duplicate and resize an image.
