Finally in August it was possible to know more about this premiere, although the film was going to come out in November 2020, we all know that the pandemic affected us from the first to the last. In August we got to see the long-awaited trailer and it revealed that the film is directly related to the events of Avengers: Endgame, indicating that the sudden return of the population of the universe provided enough energy to provoke "the apparition."
Finalmente en agosto se pudo saber más sobre este estreno, si bien la película iba a salir en noviembre de 2020, todos sabemos que la pandemia nos afectó desde el primero al último. En agosto pudimos ver el tan esperado trailer y reveló que la película está directamente relacionada con los eventos de Avengers: Endgame, indicando que el repentino regreso de la población del universo proporcionó suficiente energía para provocar "la aparición".
It's unclear what that means at this stage, but the trailer shows catastrophic scenes of planet Earth nearly destroyed, unless the Eternals can band together to prevent it for the next seven days.

Kevin Feige, has spoken in an interview about what awaits us in the future of Marvel films, and has highlighted the importance of 'The Eternals' in the calendar of future films:
"Jack Kirby did a wonderful thing with 'The Eternals' in the '60s and' 70s, and their stories spanned thousands of years. That's something we haven't done yet and after 'Avengers: Endgame' it's something we want to try."

The new trailer also shows an explanation of why the Eternals did not intervene during the events of Infinity War and Endgame. Apparently following the instructions of his heavenly creators.
