We should never waste our time in trying to explain ourself to people having predefined mindset

Today in this video I have talked about why we should not waste time in trying to explain ourself in front of people who are not ready to understand.
It is good to clear our side if there is any conflict but if other person is not ready to listen auto understand then I believe it's not worth to spend time on that and we should avoid this situation.
