Engagement is the key in Hive and LeoFinance

Leofinance is such a fantastic community on hive network and to me, it seems like the same. I mean for me leo and hive are the same because I interact with almost the same people. There are very few people left who do not use leofinance but I expect that this will not be the case after some time. How is leofinance is doing is not hidden and like any other front leofinance.io works great and even part of the POSH project? So if you share a post in of leofinance on social media then also you are rewarded with the POSH token provided you are registered on the website.

I believe there it is very important for us to interact with each other and engagement is the key here. If you are the one who just creates the post and do not care for the people who consume the content and leave a comment then I think you need to change your pattern. It's very important to respect the person who leaves comments under the post. Sometimes the response does not require a reply then we can afford the comment with a certain percentage which clearly means that you have seen the comment and a little support can also help to make the person feel good. this way we can show that we read all the comments and reply wherever required.

The weekly engagement reward is special but I do engage with people through their posts because I like doing it. I read a couple of posts daily and share my view in the comment. We upvote the posts for curation rewards and similar comments to get more followers and learn some new things. I prefer to comment on the phone because I can not spend many hours in front of a computer screen. I use front end website and app to read posts and engage. Sometimes I am on a long call and I am not required to speak then also I read the post. These long calls are boring and I hate but there is no option to ignore and this way I utilize my time better. Overall its fun and suggest you to start doing it if not doing yet and trust me you will enjoy it.
