This is good but I think not easy unless we have solid income source. Life is definitely good in villages.

Solid income. I would say a new source and new type of income like right here on Hive.
Capital, both human and financial, needs to come from the outside direct from others.
Possibly funded through the Hive community.
Home stay to teach language, spirituality guidance, eco tourism, etc.
Even better a combination of those mentioned and more.
This income could be directed towards community projects and small businesses.
We need to build an alternative to the current madness and that can only happen on the local level. IMHO
