Road to 1 Million DEC Token in Splinterlands | #Play2Earn
Blockchain gaming is a growing segment and is truly on fire these days because people see it as another investment opportunity. There are many gaming platforms with the concept of play to earn but now all are stable and scalable so its very important to choose the one which is reliable. Blockchain gaming has certainly opened the doors of opportunities for investors to invest and earn and also for players to earn by playing. I spend some time every day on Twitter and I see this growing trend. These days people are talking a lot about NFT projects and the play-to-earn games on the blockchain. NFT is something that I don't understand but I pay more attention to posts about #playtoearn and good thing is that the splinterlands game is leading in this segment.
In the splinterlands game, every asset is valuable. Be it cards, packs, land, tokens like- DEC, SPT, and SPS, etc. I have been accumulating SPS tokens since the beginning and now I also started my accumulation of DEC tokens. DEC is like game currency in the splinterlands ecosystem and using these tokens we can buy almost everything so I expect that it will be more valuable in the future. I have been buying DEC every day for quite some time and I do by about 10k tokens daily. I could not buy tokens for the last 4 days so today I di buy 40k tokens. Currently, DEC token price is 0.0144 Hive here is my buy order for 40k DEC tokens.
Now I hold 777k DEC tokens and I am 233k tokens away from my 1 million DEC tokens milestone. I expect that I will be able to achieve this by end of November month and I am focused on my DEC token goal.
DEC holding plays an important part in daily SPS airdrop and I am trying to increase my daily airdrop. I am able to see the increase daily with my buy orders and its a good reason to be happy. Ultimately I will be getting more SPS tokens with higher DEC holding.
VOUCHER distribution has already been started and its left for 18 days only whereas only approx 11 days are left for voucher distribution and then it will be time to buy CL packs. I have the plan to buy some vouchers if the price goes further down so that I would be able to buy more packs and it is more beneficial if I buy atleasy 100 packs. Buying 100 or more packs will get a 10% bonus and since I will be paying through SPS so it will also get me a 10% discount in payment. so this way I would be able to get a 10% bonus and I will surely avail this offer.
My experince with the splinterlands game has been amazing and trying different ways to earn more is even more fun. Now with increased DEC holding it will help me get more SPS which will be worth for sure I believe. I first accumulated SPS and DEC so in total both are now added part of my crypto portfolio and its not less than bitcoin in my opinion and that's why I am focused on these tokens. It can give great money-making opportunities in long run.

That is really incredible damn. I'd probably have like 600K DEC but I sell some of it, convert to HBD and save it for 10% APR.
Do you think it's more lucrative to hold Dec for SPS tokens or to convert to HBD?

DEC is much higher risk but higher reward as well. The SPS earnings from DEC are incredible but this is the only factor pumping DEC to its current price. As the SPS airdrop gets closer to ending, we'll likely see DEC drop closer to its original price. In contrast, HBD is not going to earn you any SPS airdrops but you know the token is pegged to the dollar and you won't lose value.
You're almost at 1 million DEC, amazing! They are very good for SPS airdrop. They may go down after the airdrop is over, or the team may do something else to keep their price high. The minimum they can be worth is 0.001 because the game lets you buy things at that price even if it is worth less than that.
I'm also planning to buy 100 CL packs in a few weeks. Good luck to us when we open the packs and see what we have! :)
Yes, DEC is a good option for increased SPS airdrop and I am trying for the same reason. You are right that after airdrop its value will drop but this will still be a profitable deal I believe.
