Started my DCA with Auto Invest

When it comes to investment, SIP is definitely one of the best ways to do this and there are many frequencies that we can choose including daily, weekly, or monthly. But I think daily SIP is the best one because this way we can buy at a more variety of prices. I am one of those who buy when there is a big dump this has worked in my favor so far but DCA is even better I believe. SIP is a term in mutual funds and I have been doing SIP in this since 2015 here in crypto, it's called DCA. Dollar-Cost Average is the short form of this and I have seen many posts here about this where people have talked about it. I wanted to start some time back but that did not happen however it's a good time to go for.

Buying the DIP is something that every crypto investor wants but I think that DCA is not less than this because we can buy coins at a set interval. This is an auto way to invest in the coin we want to invest.

Dollar-cost averaging is an investment strategy that aims to apply value investing principles to regular investment. The term was first coined by Benjamin Graham in his book The Intelligent Investor.

The Binance has started auto-invest and they offer quite a good number of coins for this. I checked the list of coins available and they have 62 coins as of now. It has all the leading coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB and Solana, etc and this entire process is so easy. We can see the historical growth for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years, and here in this snapshot, I have selected 3 years. It's really amazing to see the ROI numbers for 3 years and this is possible only in crypto and that too for the long term. I am lo=ng term investor and I think for any investment we need to give at least 1-2 years to gain something that can make it worthy. We have seen all these leading coins growing in the last bull run and now I think that we are in a bearish market so it's a good time to buy these again.

I have started my DCA with bitcoin and Ethereum as of now and I will continue to add more coins later. Binance is easy too and what I need to do is just to ensure that there is enough USDT balance in the wallet. Although I buy some coins during the bear market or when I see a dump of 20% or more and with DCA things will be easy.

I believe that we need to do thorough research on coins before we invest but the two that I have chosen for DCA do not require it because know that both are great. We cannot expect crypto without bitcoin and Ethereum is such a biggest and most popular project and I don't see anything for the next few years that can replace it. DCA is not just easy but also a better way to reduce the risk ratio because this way we can buy average out the pricing. Now since I have started it so I will continue to do this and also try to share the update on this from time to time.
