It was his 20th birthday and Greg was excited about it. He was dressed to look smarter than he used to be. Afterall, it is his special day. He also wore a new hairstyle to complement his dressing.

Greg was promised a house party after school that same day. His parents told him to bring his classmates home whenever he is returning from school that day.

When Greg got to school, everybody admired his outlook and his best friend Chris pointed out to them that it was his birthday. They all complimented him and wished him well as he turns 20.

After school that day, Greg invited his classmates home to celebrate his special day with him. At home, they sang birthday songs for him with each of them making birthday wishes to him in turns.

Thereafter, they proceeded to "item 7"...the cutting of the birthday cake. Greg's mum brought out a carrot cake specially backed for the occassion. Greg was given the honour to cut it after his guests had given him a five hearty cheers.

And after that the carrot cake was cut into smaller pieces and all ate to their satisfaction.
