Not all cash or currencies are the same. The US $ is not the same as the British £, the Nigerian Naira is not the same as the Ghanaian cedi ¢. Cash comes from the word current which means to flow and a lot of time if you don't understand how money works, it will pass by you and you will miss it.
Money flows towards value. What value are you willing to give for money to be attracted to you. Limiting ceiling will limit you, your income ceiling will limit you. People who have no value for their time will creep into your life and become an obstacle towards your goal.
