A break to rest "
How often do we do so many things in our daily lives that we don't even take a break to rest, knowing that our brain lacks rest. Overload leaves us without the energy to do something, and leads to fatigue, stress.
Nothing better than taking a break when necessary, we all deserve some time to ourselves, a moment of peace, of tranquility. So, never let yourself go, forget everything you have to do if you need to and rest a little.
When we are very tired we quickly lose focus and fail to reach the target. It is necessary to stop for a few minutes and worry about yourself, sometimes the biggest problem lies within us and not outside.
We are not and will never be a robot to be working all the time incessantly to achieve some goal, as important as it is to dedicate ourselves to work to reach the goal, we all need a break, however small, to relax and recharge our energies .
However, it doesn't cover that much, the break is necessary for our own health, and with that our body and our sanity are grateful.
Having a break from work and whatever stress we might have faced in recent days or week is very vital to our lives as it will helps in exercise our body and bring less worry to the brain

Indeed the body needs a break occasionally not to burn out. It's important to make room for some alone time and personal reflection.
Exactly... There is a time for everything, so we must know when to rest!
This is actually what happen is the society we live in today. We strive with our last sweat in other to survive and make a living.
In all that we forget to take a break as little as we can to rest and relax the body.
There is a saying "health is wealth". So if we do not get to take care of our body and giving it a rest we may end up loosing everything.
Steady work are made for robot and we are humans and not robot so let's have that idea to create a time to rest once or twice in a week.
Thank you.
