[ESP-ENG] LA DESCONFIANZA: Perturba nuestros sentidos // DISTRUST: It disturbs our senses.
Good afternoon my beautiful community of Emotions & Feelings, I hope you are well and have a wonderful afternoon. Today I will write about the theme of the month, which is distrust, no doubt an extraordinary theme in which there is much to contribute, I hope you like it.
Es un sentimiento de duda el cual perturba nuestros sentidos este sentimiento tan negativo nos puede llevar a desconfiar de personas, las cuales son muy cercanas a nosotros. Muchas veces este sentimiento trae consigo un sin fin de problemas para el ser humano, entre los cuales resaltan: La inseguridad, creemos que todas las personas que están a nuestro alrededor son deshonestas, lo que genera un colapso emocional y hace de nosotros personas tristes y con mucho temor.
DISTRUST:
It is a feeling of doubt which disturbs our senses, this negative feeling can lead us to distrust people, which are very close to us. Many times this feeling brings with it an endless number of problems for the human being, among which stand out: Insecurity, we believe that all the people around us are dishonest, which generates an emotional collapse and makes us sad and fearful people.
Este sentimiento sin duda alguna lo debemos de desechar de nuestras vidas; por ello es importante tener presente y claro el significado de este sentimiento; pues puede ser capaz de destruir familias, compañeros, metas, objetivos y logros; es decir se convierte en un arma emocional tan peligrosa como un arma letal.
This feeling should undoubtedly be discarded from our lives; therefore, it is important to be aware and clear about the meaning of this feeling, because it can be capable of destroying families, partners, goals, objectives and achievements; that is to say, it becomes an emotional weapon as dangerous as a lethal weapon.
Ser desconfiado es estar siempre a la expectativa de aquello que nos pueda dañar o hacer sufrir sin permitirnos reflexionar y perdonar, para seguir adelante. Sentir desconfianza es sentirnos solos, incomprendidos, victimizados y con la creencia de que todo aquel que nos rodea es culpable de lo que sentimos, es una persona que se vuelve gris, incapaz de reconocer las buenas acciones, incapaz de disfrutar de los mejores momentos; es por ello que es importante que las personas reconozcan cuando están actuando desconfiadamente para que estas puedan reflexionar, actuar y comportarse de una forma coherente y responsable ante cualquier situación.
To be distrustful is to be always in expectation of what can harm us or make us suffer without allowing us to reflect and forgive, to move forward. To feel distrustful is to feel alone, misunderstood, victimized and with the belief that everyone around us is guilty of what we feel, is a person who becomes gray, unable to recognize good actions, unable to enjoy the best moments; that is why it is important that people recognize when they are acting distrustful so that they can reflect, act and behave in a coherent and responsible way in any situation.

Es un sentimiento que toda persona ha sentido en algún momento de su vida, mayormente cuando están experimentando situaciones traumáticas o circunstancias de mucha demanda emocional, la cual da paso a aquellos comportamientos en donde la persona se vuelve mas irritable, y considera que las personas que están a su alrededor accionan y reaccionan en su contra para desprestigiarlo.
DISCONFIDENCE:
It is a feeling that every person has felt at some point in his life, mostly when they are experiencing traumatic situations or circumstances of great emotional demand, which gives way to those behaviors where the person becomes more irritable, and considers that the people who are around him act and react against him to discredit him.

Como todos saben soy DOCENTE de educación inicial, en este mundo tan mágico como lo es la educación he tenido que realizar una serie de actividades acordes con las políticas educativas entre las cuales puedo resaltar: Bailes, funciones de teatro, dramatizaciones entre otras, las cuales me han llevado a la cima gracias a mi gran desempeño dentro de estas actividades. Y ha sido por esto que me he dado cuenta que hay muchas personas que se encuentran a mi alrededor que les da envidia todos mis logros; esto lo he visto a través de sus acciones; mas sin embargo esto no me ha detenido siempre he estado presta para colaborar en cualquier evento que me necesiten; con la convicción absoluta que no debemos de ser tan confiados, siempre debemos de poseer un poco desconfianza, para así no ser perjudicados.
NOW I WILL WRITE YOU A LITTLE ABOUT THE DISTRUST IN EDUCATION:
As you all know I am a TEACHER of initial education, in this magical world as it is education I have had to perform a series of activities in accordance with educational policies among which I can highlight: Dances, theater performances, dramatizations among others, which have led me to the top thanks to my great performance within these activities. And it has been because of this that I have realized that there are many people around me who are envious of all my achievements; I have seen this through their actions; but nevertheless this has not stopped me, I have always been ready to collaborate in any event that I am needed; with the absolute conviction that we should not be so confident, we must always have a little distrust, so as not to be harmed.
Cabe destacar que ahí personas buenas que disfrutan y comparten junto a nosotros de nuestros triunfos; esos son los verdaderos amigos y amigas. Como hay otros que disfrutan hipócritamente y hasta te abrazan y por el otro lado te están desprestigiandp de estas son las personas que debemos desconfiar y por ende alejarlas de nuestro camino; para que no nos dañen a futuro.
It should be noted that there are good people who enjoy and share with us our triumphs; those are the true friends. As there are others who hypocritically enjoy and even embrace you and on the other hand are discrediting you, these are the people we should distrust and therefore keep them away from our path, so that they do not harm us in the future.
Sin duda alguna en el transitar de nuestra vida no debemos ser tan confiados; porque no sabemos de donde va a venir la traición. Muchos dicen que las peores traiciones son las de un ser querido; pero para mi todas son iguales y duelen y nos llevan aun mas a la desconfianza.
Undoubtedly in our life's journey we should not be so trusting; because we do not know where the betrayal is going to come from. Many say that the worst betrayals are those of a loved one; but for me they are all the same and they hurt and lead us even more to distrust.
Por tal motivo los invito a descartar de su camino a aquellas personas de las cuales desconfías; ya que son nocivas para tu vida y no te permitirán avanzar y mucho menos de disfrutar a plenitud de tus avances. Sino que crearan una enorme barrera que te impedirá alcanzar todos tus sueños.
For this reason I invite you to discard from your path those people you distrust; since they are harmful to your life and will not allow you to move forward and much less to enjoy your progress to the fullest. They will create a huge barrier that will prevent you from achieving all your dreams.
