Happy Irie Thursday Everyone... 😎 This "Picture & Song" publication is my latest contribution to the #APART Reggae Themed Music Challenge in the awesome [ ReggaeJAHM Community ]

Okay Reggae fans, I confess that the picture above is actually of the "Town Gates" of Woking, and not Zion. However, I do think you get my connection of "Sound and vision" for this APART Challenge. These metal gates have existed in the Town since 1992, which is almost as long as I have lived in Woking myself (a very long time now). They are quite a well known feature locally, and often mentioned as a meeting place in conversations with Taxi Drivers.

Now for my #APART Challenge ©YouTube Song choice...

This song "Zion Gate" was arranged and produced by "Sly & Robbie" in 1978, which by strange coincidence is actually the same year that I got married LOL. The singer of this song "Horace Andy", also has the same surname as my first name (how freaky is that ?). Horace has a very unique Reggae voice, and when you listen to the song you will understand what I mean for sure. Please enjoy the "Gates of Zion", as "Gates" is my APART theme for Today!
