As so much in life goes virtual, I think it is important to maintain touch with hands-on, analog reality as well. That's why I teach a class on basic handwork skills for children. The moms who help also enjoy it, since their generation didn't get much needlework instruction either. Got to pass on these skills while we old-timers are still alive! !BEER
Yes @fiberfrau... it's noble to pass along acquired knowledge/skills when the opportunity presents itself, to interested young people.
