How is everything going in thse middle of the year? Of course its not the same for all of us.Some of us are in serious problems and some are busy in fixing those with quick hands. Anyway,life is meant for giving us the troubles and we arent gonna be trouble makers, instead its upto is how we manage things and take in our control.

Today,I would be discussing about a vital part of our life, which I think has a great impression on our life directly.What we do and how we do and the living system all around us, rely on the particular aspect of it.So,without much early speculations, let us go and dive in the topic point, you all know what anger is and the aspect attached to the management of this emotion.

Anger As Enemy Or Friend?

Maybe, this question may look silly to you at first glance, but I really want you to just look at what I said.Rather for lot of us want to be in the superficial part of the meaning, but once we get to see the internal side, then things start to get clear to us and so as for the question.

Anger is a bad habit and for some reason regarded possibly as the worst vice of the human nature which is pretty similar to fire.Now, what fire can do,just can destroy and create ashes by burning everything.Such is the case for anger, believe this or not,the possession of anger will cost the achievements and degrade our life, this notion is surely based on experience.

On the other hand,as since anger is compared to fire,so if proper use of fire can be done, then what strength and energy one can possess,well that would be vital.So, not being a beast and checking the anger, a lot can be done more than the average. Not everyone can see this,well let me have a try to say about this.

Taking Down Personal Anger.

Anger doesnt come forcefully, rather most of the time, it comes naturally. Our life settings and the scenario of it, the unusual happening, the wrong system, pain or sufferings, emotional imbalance and both inward and outward disorders can ignite the button of anger. Can these things looking similar to you?

Well,I am sure you would choose one of these. Yet, exactly we may ask, can there be any human who resides above the influence of anger? The answer is, no because thats a common part of human psychology and out of spontaneity is the sign of anger and reaction occurs.Only those who possess immense regulatory control can check this and curb down the whole reaction cycle by calming down nerves and systematic behaviour pattern.

Yesterday, I was in the onset of anger, my apartments electricity got cut temporarily for a moment.I was thinking about it and rebuking the electricians and power board for this mishap.I was taking rest in the house and suddenly I started to feel uncomfortable. This wasnt a normal process,since very rarely, once in a year this thing happens,so I was quite in a state of anger.

Suppose, a taxi cab pushes you and you fell in the ground, you didnt have a slight fault, so you got pretty anoyed and vexed at the incident. Now, ththe overall scenario would trigger you to do something out of anger and make revenge out of it.But,still if your brain thinks on the spur of the moment to be rather rational and wise, letting the rush of mercy to flow towards the driver,thats what called anger management.

Anger Management Saving From Trouble.

Now, it was just a scene and life is full of other scenarios.But, whatever is the case,most of the time, anger doesn’t allow to be free and open minded, rather anger makes way for the narrowness and becoming restricted. That character causes less productivity and spoils on the contrary.So, a good move would be just to know the ways to evade from the scene and checking the emotions.

Anger Management Teaches Tolerance.

There is a famous saying,

Those who resist, survives.

Its not just about making people and offenders know that you have quite a big strength,and you can pack punch only when you get attacked.Thats not the case always, bricks exchanged and so draw the sword and attack the other one.Thats not going to be a wise option. Because, only enmity would be created, and instead of having friends to help you out in the times of danger, you will have people with ready intention to do harm to you.

That is the way nature behaves and we must know how to get out of such kinds of situation. Maybe a person that shrugged you from behind didnt have the intention to do harm,that was a mishap, but instead of a sweet tone of generosity and forgiving ; if you behave rudely with the person, then you would have the instant venture of your anger and have temporary peace in mind,but that person will curse you and thats not a good thing,honestly.

Instead, by the proper practice of anger management, some vital skills would be learnt and such as : resilience, patience and calmness,generosity, courtesy, logic opening, amiable character and the politeness most essentially. Honesty and good characters always triumph over other bad habits and ominous things.And, this example and the take isnt any exception to the cause.

I hope, we all do know much about the anger management issue and possibly try to curb that down, by applying some of the effective techniques to be in it.

If only we can have the best of the aura and aesthetics mind in us, the devotive soul with the habit of prayer,we would be able to see change in our character, and when characters began to change, attitude finds channel to refine,and when attitude starts to refine, we get to see a sublime spirit in us, and that spirt lasts long in the future.
