As always, im so interested to join weekly cooking competition by Hive Top Chef by @qurator and i hope this recipe can help!

Fried rice is certainly not a dish that is unfamiliar to everyone, the food is very well known by many people.
Started from the Land of China to foreign tourists, the dish has a place in the hearts of the community.
Since hundreds of years ago, fried rice roam around the country including Indonesia. Recipe fried rice was brought from the immigrants from China who stopped by to many countries, so this recipe began to evolve in accordance with the tongue of the people.

Fried rice is a great alternative hearty dish that can be made from existing ingredients. Has a distinctive spiced rice that have good taste and delicious.

For my family, usually fried rice made breakfast or dinner, because I think the taste is delicious on fried rice lies in the rice are already stay or rice that is cold and her.

How to make it is very easy, requires a material that is very simple. Let's check out the recipe Indonesian fried rice this!

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr White Rice
  • 5 cloves Onion
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 4 red Chillies
  • 6 cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Lemongrass
  • Galangal
  • 2 Eggs
  • Corn
  • Bay leaf
  • Leeks
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Oil

How to cook fried rice:

  • Select rice-stained and dry
  • Chopping all the red onion, garlic, red chili, cayenne pepper and green onions. Chopped of lemongrass and galangal.

  • Heat a little oil in wok pan, once the oil is hot, put the onion and garlic first.

  • Once the onions have already started to brown, enter the galangal, lemongrass and bay leaf. Then stir.

  • Then enter the red pepper and cayenne pepper.

  • Add the rice, corn and eggs. Give a little bit of salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir until blended.

  • At the end, enter the leeks. Continue stirring until the rice is dry fried and issued notes.

That looks like a very special fried rice chef, beautiful! We have kecap manis in Suriname in every store because of the Javanese population here, but I've never experimented with it before.

You can used the kecap manis for nasi goreng or sauteed as flavor enhancer savory. You must to try chef!
