A lot of polemics that's been happening lately.
I saw a piece of content go viral on social media, there was a man who asked a question ‘what is the easiest job you think’
And he replied ‘housewives’

Looks like want to upset him, maybe he doesn't know, the work of the housewife's so hard isn't it?

Housewife is not paid,
Working time 24 hours
Without days off
Without being able to leave

This work is a work which must be done with positive thoughts
With patience

So, we need a sanity and keep mentally in order to remain stable in running daily activities.

A housewife should have a support system of her husband
Takes time for ‘me time’

With so a housewife can work without negative thoughts and can love the husband and the kids at home with the family warmest.

To that end, every afternoon, I definitely took the time to do afternoon tea. Don't just brew the tea, I also occasionally brew coffee and cocoa, by eating a little snack to add sugar levels, so the hormone serotonin to work.
Don't need a long time, half an hour will make our minds back positive and the work of the house are also not neglected.

For that, let's start loving yourself by doing me time enough for our mental health.
