This Pub will open weekly on the Pubs Community with the purpose of acting as a place to meet, socialize, exchange information, get free stuff, you get the idea for HIVE's sake!

🥇 ❗THE GATHERING❗

That's right people! The Pub has decided to change the horrible, unspeakable name (which has some history, that will be kept of course) to something easier for everyone. After several attempts at listening to visitors trying to spell the Pub name, it became obvious that we needed some adaptation.

New Name = Better?

So, from now on, the Pub is called the "ATX 🍺 Pub"... and these will be called the "ATX 🍻 Pub Gatherings" respectively. Let us know if we made a good decision or not 🤣

The Live Scratch Paper was also updated to reflect these changes along with updated values of the DLUX Shared Node holdings and BEE:DEC pair. In addition, if you haven't noticed yet, tribaldex has improved the view on pool holdings history. Below you can find the updated view for the Pub example (we will start using more pairs to generate more profits for the Pub):

CryptoShots🔫 - Development Update

There are lots of updates coming this weekend... and lots of teasing pictures to get pumped for! Below you can find some of the design updates that will eventually arrive at the 3D game.

But the pinnacle of what is going to get everyone hyped in our view will be the arrival of the spaceship's new chapter! Wanna know more?

The details of the auction have been published to the mods team that is providing their feedback. The final announcement will be posted later today (Friday) once finalized.

A couple of anticipations:

  1. Only the common spaceship will be sold as a whole. The rare and epic spaceship will be sold in 6 parts with a different percentage cut of the passive income of that spaceship.
  2. The bids will take place in dedicated channels on their Discord server. Your bid will be accepted only if your registered wax account contains the funds of your bid.
  3. 5% of your $ bid needs to be paid in BOOM, 95% in WAX.

Easier to remember, love it! 😎

The details of the SPACESHIPS AUCTION will be published in a bit in our Discord.

How much passive income they'll give to the owners, how many new spaceships we'll issue to collect the entry fees of the players, how often the reward distribution will occur, which currencies are supported, whether or not there will be Hive specific spaceships (hint), etc etc 😎

Let me help you with that.. (even though unrelated to the Spaceships auction). Our Hive integration is coming across well. The PoC is fully functional and now only needs to be integrated into our existing frontend.. 😎

I am not going be on time for tomorrow... most likely because here its Monday and I have to work on big computers =)

Hi Josie !LUV that your back, there seems to be endless new projects happening all over the place, we are really spoilt for choice on Hive, can almost be hard trying to workout there to spend your time and energy. I have been able to add a few tip tokens to my wallet, but will have to look into that wine one next. !LOL !PIZZA

I just got invited to join the #POLIAC on Actifit, since I post on there most days, I am hoping that one will be easy for me. @conscioucat and I are enjoying the !LOL !LUV and !Hivebits tokens as they were pretty easy to get sorted. I seem to be struggling with time for all the other gaming and tipping projects but keep Splinterland, risingstar and dcity ticking over while trying to check out and add others with any spare time I get.

We have just completed Forykw's power up day competition, Traci Yorks HivePUD and for the rest of the month @consciouscat and I are having a crack at HiveBloPoMo and HPUM. For those not in the known its basically just post each day and powerup at least 1 hive per day for the month. I dont think there are any prizes but it should keep me off the streets and causing trouble !LOL .

!LUV the ATX name change, never knew how the pronounce atexoras anyway 🤣

What strategies do people use when hive goes above 1 usd in regards to moving your HBD up to liquid hive. Previously I was just posting with the 50/50 option then transferring HBD near the end of the month ready for powerup day. If I am understanding the process right this might it might be better to just hold my HBD in savings or change to 100% hive power pay out as I have a feeling Hive might be spending a lot more time above 1 USD? !PIZZA !BEER

100% Power up posts will probably be best when HIVE is under 1 USD (or for new/recent low HP accounts). Otherwise only if what you really want is HP for some reason. This is mainly because the current 12% APR on HBD is quite attractive, so everyone wants that above the less lucrative powered up HIVE inflation+curation. Although, that might change after the next hardfork (or even before it), because the RC (resource credits) will become a very useful asset to trade (because it will become possible to delegate independently from Hive Power). Hence the value of HP on the typical inflation+curation will rise because suddenly your "idle" RC also values something more.

On the Pub we are using another account/service that sends you back the 50% of the "would be going to power up HIVE" to HDB back at you. Making it easier for people to get rewards in liquid only, and avoid having to power down. For this to happen you need to designate beneficiaries to @reward.app. Check their account posts for more information.

Good spotting on Traci's (she's epic on PowerUP motivation) and the HPUM. It's a really great deal for young accounts because of the delegation hivebuzz awards over time for accounts constantly powering up on those initiatives. And I forgot completely to Power UP! !LOL 🤦‍♂️ and I am even doing the PowerUp initiative! So lame... it happens... I have too much to follow.

Thanks for the feedback on the ATX change... next will be to confirm the change is well taken when listening to people on streams, etc. We are always learning... what happened as just a fun thing to do, became quite more popular than I was expecting... and surely, the complexity of spelling delayed it even further. Let's see how the change affects things.
