Flutterwave Collaborates with Stellar for new payment window
Flutterwave and pay stack are the two major payment gateways in Nigeria; they are usually used in POS machine, payment gateways for sites and apps etc.
I happen to be among the IT admin for the company I work and we use flutterwave for our payment gateways, for subscribing for our channels, donating and even for raffle draws. Our company recently started a reality TV show called Cradle2fame; it’s a talent hunt show for singing, acting and comedy and auditions are currently on.
And also we have been trying to implement a platform where voting can be easily done through card payment, after enough weighing of platforms I came across an option on the platform where you can create/set up a new link for users to actually do that and it was so cool and easy after trying it out.

Flutterwave have recently announced collaboration with TEMPO and their goal is to make payments easy and simple using the Stellar network and Stellar USD coin throughout Africa. They believe this new collaboration can benefit businesses and make payment method stronger.
Flutterwave is also planning to extend the Stellar-based capabilities to more African countries as it continues to grow the number of currencies it supports in businesses.
The CEOs of the companies made some comments on the collaboration
CEO at Flutterwave Olugbenga Agboola said: “It is more expensive to send money to sub-Saharan Africa than to any other region in the world.” “Our new payment corridors on Stellar will allow us to continue expanding the Flutterwave network to bring all-important, cost-effective money transfer services to African business owners.”
