Tesla considering accepting BTC as payment
CEO and co-founder of Tesla Elon Reeve Musk have stated that the company might start allowing BTC as payments. Previously Bitcoin was allowed with the span of 3 months ranging from January to march.
The United State Securities’ and Exchange firm also stated that “it may in the future restart the practice of transacting in cryptocurrencies.”
Early this year the company updated their portfolio by adding $1.5billion worth of BTC but also discontinued accepting BTC has payments due to environment grounds which led to a chaos in the crypto market.
Around June, Elon musk disclosed that the firm will start accepting crypto again if the network’s hash rate is at least 50%, due to the recent development I think it’s close in integrating it.

Over the years Tesla has evolved right from when it was launched in 2008, the evolution involves a journey which has not always been easy. The company has celebrated plenty of achievements; it has also experienced a great deal of difficulties too.
