If we don't change, we stagnate and stay still. Change challenges. Us. We don't do what we always did but grow by doing something new.

That is what I love about it...change isn't always easy or comfortable, but most of the time, it is worth it (even if we only recognize that in hindsight). When we embrace change, we become better versions of ourselves & keep growing, learning & helping others around us. :) 💛
