So basically, phase 2 would be when you are able to pay your bills and groceries without ever exiting the Hive ecosystem, right?

How would that affect the country itself? I feel like at that point they could declare it legal tender.

No. Phase 2 is when the merchants are able to use HBD for what they need.

The ability for individuals to buy stuff is the first phase.
