A Tailor Shop Inside A Market, Online Shopping, And A Wireless Mouse

My expenses are piling up these days, and I'm trying to save as much as possible. Definitely, it's a must when you have no one supporting you but yourself. Yet, there are things that I need to purchase for me and for my daughter. For this #MarketFriday, an initiative by @dswigle, I would like to share my purchases from different markets in our area.

My four years old daughter started attending her classes at the Day Care Center after New Year. Modular or online learning would be too hard for a first time student like her that they needed to attend it personally. As a student, as usual, school supplies and a uniform is always on the list to be purchased. I already had bought her school supplies and she still has a lot at home.

Her uniform's colors aren't common in the place and I need it tailored. Initially, I bought the fabric in a textile store inside a mall. There is also a tailoring shop inside the vicinity but they are loaded with lots of costumers who wanted their uniform to get done quickly. If I insist for mine to get done by them, I'll have to wait for two weeks for a mini skirt to be done.

I have to get it done after a week, since I would bring it home on weekends because her classes would start on Monday. So, I went to a tailoring shop inside a market, in which the textile store have suggested. They offer cheap prices unlike the tailoring shop inside mall. However, their location is in a dark alley and quite tricky. Honestly, I got lost when I came back. I have to asked the bystanders and the vendors to help me find where the shop was.

I claimed the skirt when it was already finished and headed to the next mall. I have to buy something for myself that I needed for my training. It's an aqua shoes. One of my buddies have checked here already and said that they were selling it for Php 299 or $5.46. I went and checked it out if there is a color I wanted and sizes that could fit me. The only color that I wanted is black and they have a lot in stock. Unfortunately, they don't have stocks for my size. The ones in the shelves are of bigger sizes.

I'm not the type who'll roam round the downtown to find a good deal of what I wanted to purchase. I'm more of into doing shortcuts. Ops! I'll just go for whatever is available and more convenient. So I went into another option, which is online shopping.

There, I have found a good one for me. The online store is in a mall, so I guess that stands for their legitimacy. I even have saved up a few dollars since they have vouchers. I checked them out after a few minutes of weighing my decisions.

Better buy now while I still have an enough amount on my e-wallet.

I also bought a UV Umbrella. It's also black 'cause that is my favorite color. The ones I had before was lost and the one I bought recently was for my daughter. It's frequently raining these days and I don't have something to use while I'm going out. It's my luck that it was on sale and I bought it at 50% off.

In an unexpected moment, the cursor pad of my laptop got some issue. It's not working when I'm trying to scroll up/down a page but I can still use it to click.

I bought a wireless mouse and a mouse pad. I don't really know how to determine what's a good quality of these things for this is the first that I have bought these. I just went for what's nice to my eyes and choose the slimmer one for Php 269 or $4.91. I also bought a mouse pad for Php 99 or $1.81. They didn't have any black color in stock, so I went for pink. It was okay, it looks cute anyway. I just asked for a warranty after paying in the cash registrar. Just in case that it would be incompatible on my device, I can bring it back before (7) days and asked for a new one.

It's been a while since I went to a market nearby. My life has been often circulating around work, school, and home. If it's not needed, I wouldn't be able to visit a nearest market. Anyway, thanks for reading my post!
