INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken
  • Fresh tomatoes and pepper
  • Groundnut oils
  • Ginger and garlic
  • Spices
  • Paste tomatoes
  • Water
  • Onions

RECIPIE

  • First, I always wash my meat/chicken with salt to kill germs, then put in a pot.
  • I added some of my spices to the chicken to steam. For me I used thyme, grinded pepper, a little quantity of ginger and garlic paste, Maggie cubes, onions, and a very little quantity of water. Then I stirred and put in the fire to steam for about 20- 30minutes.
*Then I washed my fresh tomatoes and pepper and I blended the tomatoes separately and then blended my fresh pepper, garlic and ginger together.

*After that,I sliced some onions and kept away one side.

  • When my chicken was ready I proceed to fry it. I added my groundnut oil to a fry pan and started frying. When I was done frying , I poured the groundnut oil back to a dry clean pot and allow to heat.
*Then I poured my onions into the pot and then stirred,I then added my blended pepper mixed with garlic and ginger and also the blended tomatoes into the pot and then stir.
