Leo Contents Contribute To User-retention on Hive

Finance is something we can all agree to be commons of and cryptocurrencies, being that we all find ourselves on the hive blockchain is yet something we share a relationship with.

Recently some conversations have been flowing through the space on hive mass adoption, some highlights on censorship on hive, and also the take on the "identity crisis" on hive. All of which are great topics surrounding hive and we can see how all of these can aid us users to factor out where to invest our time and expect to see growth and improvements in the space.

With that in mind, we're going to be talking about;

"Leo Contents - The value and how it aids User-retention"

I don't think it would be a new thing to hear that some people believe content on Leofinance is just a bunch of spinning copies of an old version, that impression I believe is hugely flawed.

Over the years of being on Leofinance, my writing skills have really grown that I'm currently able to freely talk on a specific topic without having too much external information. My earlier days were tough trying to learn everything in a flash so as to be able to dish out "good content".

One thing that goes unappreciated in this space is that "Leofinance/Hive grooms people to create valuable content" and this is one reason why I'd say this space has a much larger knowledgebase, it's an information portal that keeps expanding, better than the media.

If you take the Kim Kardashian SEC charge news, for instance, a couple of contents on here beginning with the one above expressed how really unjust it was and right now we see similar talks spread like wildfire across the media.

How these contents are valuable to the network

There are different forms of content and most Leo content are tailored for a specific audience which is the Leoverse. The structures are in forms that would be digestible by users of the platform.

It's very understandable when users say that contents on here are spun a couple of times, I'll assume people saying this don't actually read them. Yes, I may have talked about DeFi the other day, and today I'm talking about it again, what you don't actually know is that while I'm heading at sharing the same message of "DeFi is the future of the banking system" I have however shared different reasons across multiple network examples, making comparisons that make it a unique piece from the others.

But then, because the majority of those saying this only read the topics of articles alone, the content of it cannot be received when no time was spent to view it.

Leo contents are valuable to the network because of a variety of reasons:

They are educational; the ecosystem has proved resourceful and has been a huge part of my growing journey as a writer.

They are tailored for the ecosystem; it's just like having a French man trying to teach you something in English, he's a French native and doesn't do much English learning, so being able to grasp what he dishes out becomes a problem, but with Leo creators, contents are tailored for the easy understanding of the users here.

They are written for humans, not bots: is that a surprise sir? Come on, the majority of content on the internet is trying to earn the attention of one algorithm or the other, most commonly "Google bot". So while people are trying to impress the bot and get it to index their content to the top search results, content on Leo is mostly created with value for the readers, not bots.

The incentive for investors: proof of brain right? There can't be an actual distribution of value to deserving people without the creation of valuable content, so content creators, while making a means to earn themselves tokens, are at the same time giving investors (curators) what to reward and be rewarded.

User-retention: through content creation and engagement, Leofinance has grown massively, there isn't any other way to put it. Without people showing up each day to create valuable pieces, the space would quickly fade away.

So with these few points of mine, I hope I've been able to convince you and not confuse you that women are better than men, or sorry that contents on Leo (and hive) are valuable 🙂.
