The leaders are fond of not listening to the citizens and that is bad. If at all they decide to listen, they vote on violence thereby killing people and saying they didn't.

I do agree with what you said. But, people are angry, frustrated, and tired. At this time, revolution cannot be helped If this scarcity persists.
