We have inhabited planet earth for a long time and very few people leave this earth to the moon or other planets (except for researchers and space observers) and out there, there are several planets orbiting the sun. But, have you ever seen that the earth and other planets move parallel to their trajectories? I think it's almost impossible and hard to believe.

In fact, history proves that the planets have been in such a position although imperfectly. This event is called planetary conjunction where the planets experience a parallel line and have almost the same trajectory position. Researchers claim that Earth and other planets were in a similar position to other planets more than 1000 years ago, around 949 AD.

After that, the researcher also gave a prediction that it would happen again on May 6, 2492 in the future. But it should be noted that all the planets will never be perfectly aligned due to different orientations and tilts of the orbits, as stated by Science Focus. History records that several planets such as Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter have been in alignment in April 2002. Later, researchers suspect that it will happen again on September 8, 2040.

So, is this a normal phenomenon? I think so because the planets are constantly rotating and coincidentally meet at parallel points which is a cool thing for most people to discuss.

Does that harmony have any effect on life on earth? the researchers explain that the possibility of other planets affecting the earth and human life on it has a small possibility. This is due to the fact that the magnetic strength and gravitational effects associated with planet Earth and other planets are still quite weak (except for the moon and the sun). So, humans on earth will not feel any effect.

However, it is of interest to space agencies such as NASA to explore this position because of the advantages of being close to Earth since 1970. They thought that with such a distance, it would save time and energy to research some of the planets that they were going to explore. So, this golden opportunity must be used wisely.

This is one of the rare phenomena in the solar system where we may never be able to feel it because our age is shorter than the solar system.
