Postage Due Stamp - Kudu - Prehistoric rock engravings in the Tibesti Mountains - Republic of Chad 1962 - Michel TD P24 - my hobby.

Greetings friends!

When there is a talk about collecting postage stamps, then, there comes a time when the question arises about their cost and the possibility of getting profit at the expense of your hobby.

Looking at the auctions, I see that philately, today, in a sluggish current state, is something that is not essential during a crisis and pandemic.

I cannot see philately as something that can bring quick income, it is rather a long-term perspective.

In addition to all this, I like looking at postage stamps to study the history of their creation, the history of countries and the events that took place during this period.

Yesterday I started publishing a series of posts about Postage Due Stamp that show us rock carvings.

These designs are of very high quality, as are the triangular Postage Due Stamp.

The artist who scrawled these drawings on the stone wall had a clear talent.

The images are very recognizable and detailed. They cannot be called primitive drawings. This is a work of art.

These images show us the historical legacy of the Republic of Chad, a country located at the heart of the African continent.

Do you recognize the Kudu antelope?

For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
