Greetings friends!

Today, the last postage stamp from the Mushrooms 1980 series, issued in 1980 in Poland, which depicts the Cauliflower Fungus (Sparassis crispa) mushroom, will take its pride of place in our collection of postage stamps.

This mushroom can grow to gigantic proportions, but it is very important to find it in time, before it starts to age rapidly and is no longer edible or pleasant to eat.

To be honest, I have never found trophy specimens, which can be compared to catching a pike weighing two dozen kilograms, usually, I found young mushrooms no larger than a fist.

If you often visit the forest, are fond of extreme sports, for example, survival in the forest, it is very important to know how to help yourself in an emergency, in case of injury. This mushroom contains an antibiotic and is able to stop bleeding.

I am pleased that a series of postage stamps reminded me of another hobby of mine and I really felt like in the forest, where I was picking mushrooms in the early morning.

One small mission is complete, the series is fully completed.

Let's take a look at this postage stamp.

For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
