Greetings friends!

Cuba, a country that is worthy of our attention, if we want to discover something new, interesting, sometimes incompatible with our way of thinking, full of contradictions.

Yes, for example, on a cube, it is forbidden to slaughter cows, even those that are in your own stall, but, at the same time, they calmly watch how the eggs of rare turtles are smoked and sold in cities as something similar to a hot dog.

On a postage stamp in denomination of 20 Cuban centavos, which became part of a series of Turtles postage stamps, issued on the island of Cuba in 1983, we see exactly that kind of turtle - Loggerhead (Caretta caretta).

We can say that these turtles have conquered most of the oceans of the world, but, at the same time, they are on the verge of extinction and are listed in the Red Book.

Let's take a look at this postage stamp.

For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
