Sometimes I feel like these projects are hyped until the next one pops up. Like a pump and dump kinda thing. I don't have the time to time the markets on them and thus don't invest too much into them. I had a nice collection of splinterlands stuff for a while and then sold the whole stinkin thing just before they took off. Oh well.

Yeah, I think some of them are that way. I think a lot of that is driven by the buyers more than the sellers. I think people are buying NFTs hoping to make a quick flip for profit and they aren't really buying them because they appreciate the art. That is a huge loss for the art community. I think the gaming NFTs are a bit different in that respect. People are getting smarter though and not just buying into everything that drops.

I hope so otherwise it cheapens the whole experience too. Timing is everything for sure. I have never been good at that part of it.

I have been lucky a couple of times. Most of the time I struggle to time things right.
