( EN / DE ) A day without posting? Phu, that somehow no longer works for me, so much it has become a habit. But today somehow the inspiration was missing. It started with the fact that we have grilled delicious. Grilled chicken and salads. We were also very lucky with the weather. At times it looked very much like rain and thick gray clouds moved up. But then all at once they dissolved again and it was a wonderfully sunny day.

I wanted to take photos, but it only became this one:

Because after that the battery was empty and I didn't want to run to the second floor to get the cable. So a few hours completely offline, that's good every now and then.

What you see here is a bean pod salad with onion and Styrian pumpkin seed oil. A specialty that is probably only available here in the region.
A very dark, depending on the manufacturer green/brown oil, which is pressed from pumpkin seeds.
A real Styrian, by the way, would NEVER in life buy his pumpkin seed oil in the supermarket! That is not possible at all. Everyone I know has a contact somewhere with a small local producer and buys the oil there.
Well, I can see the pumpkind seed oil is worth researching and make a post of its own!

As far as Hive is concerned, I then looked into the Listnerds a bit more and, since I like it so far, decided to upgrade to the small Premium account. That was just a short post today about nothing in particular, this and that. Sunday was beautiful and probably after the hustle and bustle with the first week of the Dreemport / Ecency Challenge it was time for some quiet time out :-)

Wundervoller Sonntag mit Grillen und Familie

Ein Tag ohne Posting? Phu, das geht irgendwie gar nicht mehr, so sehr ist es mir zur Gewohnheit geworden. Doch heute blieb irgendwie die Inspiration aus. Angefangen hat es damit, dass wir lecker gegrillt haben. Grillhendl und Salate. Wir hatten auch großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Zeitweise sah es sehr nach Regen aus und dicke graue Wolken zogen auf. Aber dann auf einmal lösten sie sich wieder auf und es war ein wundervoll sonniger Tag.
Ich wollte Fotos machen, aber es ist nur dieses eine geworden:

Denn danach war der Akku leer und ich wollte nicht in den ersten Stock laufen um das Kabel zu holen. Also mal ein paar Stunden völlig offline, das tut doch auch immer wieder einmal gut.

Was ihr hier seht ist ein Bohnschoten Salat mit Zwiebel und steirischem Kürbiskernöl. Eine Spezialität, die es wohl nur bei uns hier in der Region gibt
Ein sehr dunkles, je nach Hersteller grün/braunes Öl, das aus Kürbiskernen gepresst wird.
Ein echter Steirer und schon gar nicht eine echte Steirerin würde übrigens NIEMALS im Leben sein Kürbiskernöl im Supermarkt kaufen! Das geht gar nicht. Jeder, den ich kenne hat irgendwo einen Kontakt zu einem kleinen lokalen Hersteller und kauft das Öl dort.
Na, ich sehe schon, dieses ist doch irgendwann einmal Recherche und einen eigenen Post wert!

Hier habe ich noch Fotos von einem früheren Grillen gefunden, oh das war noch der alte Griller, wird Zeit für ein Update demnächst.

Was Hive betrifft habe ich mich dann noch ein wenig mit den Listnerds beschäftigt und, nachdem es mir bisher gut gefällt, mich entschlossen ein upgrade auf den kleinen Premium Account zu machen. Das war also heute mal nur ein kleiner kurzer Post über gar nichts Bestimmtes, einfach nur dies und das. Der Sonntag war wunderschön und wahrscheinlich nach dem Trubel mit der ersten Woche der Dreemport / Ecency Challenge einfach auch mal Zeit für eine entspannte Aus Zeit :-)
