Increasing Hive blockchain influence by surpassing 7,000 Hive Power

Hive blockchain governance is ensured through Hive Power and just today I have surpassed the 7,000 Hive Power mark. With that, I can curate at a better rate and reward others, but also have a portion turn back to me for it. In addition, I can vote pillar witnesses on the blockchain and as well participate in DAO proposals that provide funds for various projects. Thus I consider quite important to continue on the path to powering up and getting more influence and say in the future of this ecosystem.

I feel that 10,000 Hive Power is a great goal to have and I will push to reach it by the end of the year. With 248 days remaining until EOY and with 3,000 HIVE required to reach this goal, that will mean that I will need to gain around 12 HIVE tokens a day. I think that is moderate with all the ways that someone can earn on the Hive blockchain. My main sources of revenue are the following:

  • Content creation on specific communities like Leo Finance which propagate themselves on Hive blockchain and earn both Hive, HBD, and second layer tokens
  • Content curation by browsing new posts in specific domains and also the ones posted by the authors that I follow
  • Blockchain games from which I can emphasize recurring participation in Splinterland, RisingStar, DCity and Rabona
  • Liquidity Provider on Diesel Pools from TribalDex

These revenue streams are quite steady and provide a good amount of tokens that should boost my influence on the blockchain through gaining and powering Hive cryptocurrency. One aspect on this is the fact that I plan to grow also my Savings account with HBD tokens for that sweet 20% APR, thus not all the funds will get into Hive Power. And as a side milestone, I've set to put aside 1,000 HIVE tokens and keep them liquid with an order sellout at around $2.5. But on this one I am already at 950 HIVE tokens, thus probably in less than a week I will put 1,000 HIVE aside and move my focus back to HIVE Power and HBD.

I wonder what is your strategy in regards to Hive Power, liquid Hive, and HBD. Are you tackling them all at once or exchanging them into a single certain asset or so?

Which is the first to increase? Or should I keep them in sync?

7k Hive Power is a huge milestone. Really amazing how social activities and participation in DeFi on Hive would generate such value. Reaching 10k by the end of the year is realistic with 12 Hive daily staking.
