Main Hive Investment Portfolio - News and Progress Report on 30th of October 2021
My main Hive investment portfolio continues to grow on all dimensions and I am getting closer and closer to my targets. I consider that anyone could make a living solely from Hive assets as the first layer tokens along with secondary layer tokens should offer enough for any investor appetite. But within this post, I will be focusing on the main assets on Hive blockchain and the utility tokens, rather than diving into all second-layer tokens that I'm tracking aside. The main source of growth is ensured through content creation and I've succeeded to post almost every day and as well engaging through upvoting and commenting to get some additional rewards from curation.
Hive & Hive Power
At this point, I am powering all my Hive earnings in order to earn more from curation. I don't intend to sell any Hive soon considering the SPK airdrop from next year and I am trying to accumulate as much as possible in order to get a nice piece of the pie.

Compared to the last report, I got a good gain of 138.525 HIVE which is equivalent to $109.12.
HBD (Hive Dollar)
I simply love this Hive Dollar stablecoin which I move every token that I get to the Savings for 10% interest. My immediate goal on this is to get a return of $1 a day, thus translating that I need to reach 3,650 HBD. A long way to go to reach it, but nevertheless quite motivating to reach a round number. And once I do that, will move to $2, $5, $10, and more afterward, but just to reach my first threshold first.

Compared to the last report, I got a good gain of 47.492 HBD which I'll consider equivalent to $47.492 from a stablecoin perspective. The current HBD amount in savings should provide nice returns considering the 10% APY.

BEE (Hive Engine Token)
The utility token of the second layer framework on Hive is one asset that I think has big potential as it powers the entire Hive sidechain outposts and independent solution. The sources that I use to get more BEE tokens are from content creation on TribalDex blogging and from providing liquidity on TribalDex. Currently, I am into the BEE:HBD pool, but I might extend also into the BEE:HIVE. Only that I appreciate all these assets the same and it is hard to stop growing on one in order to use the funds for others.

- Bee Unstaked in Progress: 36.179
The total gains from the previous report are $191.032. The total portfolio stands at $5,924.29.

It's inspiring to see that you can make a living from HIVE's first and second layer tokens, solely by publishing / curating content and reinvesting tokens on the HIVE blockchain. Thanks for the heads up on the SPK airdrop, I didn't know about it - just another reason to continue HODLing HIVE!
Yeap, Hive pretty much gives anyone the chance for financial freedom if put the time and work around it. And a lot of good things coming to the space!

Man, these reports of yours are extremely inspiring. I've been binge reading the last few of yours. Well done ... I'm sure you'll achieve your targets.
I, too, am waiting for the LARYNX Miner Claim drop big event. I won't get much because I'm a noob here and haven't staked that much but it's something I'm excited about.
Much appreciated and indeed goals and specific events that we are waiting for are going hand in hand. Building up towards these goals and knowing that we will be getting something more on top of that is pretty rewarding!

Looking good!!! The only complaint I have about hive and posting right now is after posting a blog post half is locked up for 13 weeks so you can pretty much count those earnings as something never to be touched and the other half is paid out in HBD which for the most part myself and looks like yourself are just stacking in savings so there's pretty much zero liquidity of hive right now.
The SIP should change this

Excellent post and some great new information that I wasn't aware of. You guys both (flauwy) mention 10k Hive Power in relation to LARYNX Miner Claim drop. Is the minimum you require to qualify for it?
That is just one goal set by us, no requirement as to minimum Hive for Larynx Miner claimdrop.
