SBF claims he didn't steal user funds but who believes him?

The FTX story is one that is certainly going to go down in history as one of the greatest Ponzi of all time. Regardless of mainstream media's attempt to contain the rut and make it a "crypto issue", the facts will always be there for all to see.

SBF through FTX, bit far more than they could chew and their tongue got burnt. Unfortunately, this involved billions of dollars of user funds that have vanished into thin air.

Recently, SBF pleaded not guilty to a number of criminal charges hoisted at him. He claimed that his intentions were never to scam people, and now, he is currently trying to beat the case.

He's trying so hard to save face but I expect that he'll still be getting some jail time. However, I don't think he will get a major penalty as it looks like his friends in high places are bailing him out.

It was widely reported that FTX "recovered" around $5 Billion recently in cash and liquidity. This claim is still somewhat unfounded and I suspect that it is mostly hogwash.

First of all, a lot of this information is hearsay and not based on any official documentation that has been presented to the court. Also, considering that FTX had roughly $8 Billion in liability, where did this huge sum fall ut from?

Tinfoil Hat is On

Is it possible that FTX received a bailout from the government? What if he really was a government agent?

Let's face it, this theory is not going away anytime soon and the way this case is being handled is going to perpetuate its existence of it. Despite everything that has been revealed about this case, isn't it interesting that the gloves are still on?

SBF is being treated like a misunderstood child that made an error, instead of a criminal that potentially ruined the lives of millions of customers around the world. It is something that will never cease to amaze me and at some point, we have to start asking questions.

The establishment will continue its guerilla warfare against crypto and it is not out of the question to think that SBF was an unwitting soldier in this battle. The disgraced former CEO of FTX continues to plead his innocence and people keep listening to him despite all the evidence that shows it was anything but a mistake.
