Content Curation

Today is a day we are encouraged in our community to share our day.

Mentally it has been a tough day even though the day has been pretty relaxed.

I think it is all the built up tensions from the week catches up with you.

There are a lot of things that are just beyond our control and it is how we deal with it that will decide how things end.

Top Tip

If your day is going bad take some time to meditate on it, if you can and then restart your day.

Don't let things get on top of you, it is better to address problems and issues as they come rather than letting them pile up.

Don't be afraid to ask people for help.

I have suffered with mental health issues for the last 17 years, i have treatment resistant paranoid schizophrenia and complex PTSD.

Sometimes we have to swallow our pride and reach out to people.

Reflection

On reflection today we have to sometimes go looking for the communities, projects and people we can help.

I have been trying to work out my place here on Hive, so while i am working on that, i thought i would help some people i am directly or indirectly connected to here on Hive.
