Hive Power Up Day February 2023 is coming

We are getting ready to finish the first month of 2023.

So far, it looks promising, but I am not getting too excited about the increase in Hive.

Regardless of what the markets do, there are still a few things I try to be ready for on the first of the month.

First and foremost is preparing for another Hive Power-Up Day.

This occurs on the first of every month.

These are the guidelines for powering up.

Important Note: Hive Power Up Day is based on the UTC zone or Universal Time Zone. February 1st begins at 8:01 pm EST. on January 31st.

Hive Power Up Day happens on the first of every month. Those who can take this time to power up some Hive and/or cancel their power-downs and pause trading/selling for the 24 hours of the day.

If you post about your power-up, you will qualify for a Hive Power-Up Badge and other prizes based on the criteria below.

• Your reputation must be above 39 and below 70.

• Your total Hive Power (before the 1st) must be more than 100 and less than 8000.

• You must power up at least 10 Hive on February 1st.

• You must write a post about your power-up on February 1st (your local time) with the tag #HivePUD

There are many benefits to Powering Up your HIVE. You get increased voting power, you earn more curation rewards, you earn interest on your HIVE power, and you can earn by delegating your HIVE Power.

Next, I prepare for Rising Star Game.

The first of the month is NEW CARD DAY.

I will generally move Starbits out of the game and into Hive Engine.
They need to be in Hive engine to be able buy the card packs on site.

Please remember that when making purchases with Starbits, the Starbits need to be in your Hive Engine and not in the game.

Moving your Starbits from the game to your Hive Engine wallet is simple. You just move your cursor over your Starbits total on the right upper side, and you will get a dropdown list that starts with "Withdraw/Deposit."

Click the Withdraw/deposit tab, and you will see your choices for moving Starbits to your Hive Engine wallet.

This is my routine for the coming month.
