Hello everyone. I tell you that my lunch today is one of my favorites, here I will tell you how I prepared it: fried fish, salad and rice. I really like fish in all its presentations. So I invite you to read on.
Hola a todos. Les cuento que mi almuerzo de hoy es uno de mis preferidos aquí les diré como preparé: pescado frito, ensalada y arroz. Me gusta mucho el pescado en todas sus presentaciones. Entonces los invito a seguir leyendo.

There are many kinds of fish; this one I cooked called Bonita is ideal to eat fried. So I washed this fish wheel and added salt. Then cook two cups of white rice. Set aside.

After seasoning the fish wheels; prepare a simple salad of tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
