3 kilos of pork. / 3 kilos de cerdo.
Seasoning: Salt, cumin, bell pepper powder, sugar (to taste).
Sazonar: Sal,comino,pimiento en polvo, azúcar (Al gusto).
Season on both sides. / Sazonamos por ambos lados.
Then we put it on the grill. We flip it as it cooks on both sides.
